1.Introduction |
North America certification(voluntary), like Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL) Program is based on Code of Federal Regulations CFR29, and is managed by Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). FCC certification is based on Code of Federal Regulation CFR49, and is managed by Federal Communications Commission (FCC). Electric & electronic products under CFR 29 scope could be regarded as complying with the law after getting certified by any one of the NRTLs such as UL, CSA, ENTELA etc.

2.Qualifications and Accreditations & Service Scope |
As a FCC registered testing lab, BCTC provides clients with FCC certification service (D.O.C, ID certification & testing, and getting certificates ) for a wide range of products from IT,AV products, microwave ovens to wireless control products etc.
BCTC has obtained authorization from Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC). We provide testing and registration services in accordance with the following standards: 16CFR PART 1303,16CFR PART 1501,16 CFR PART 1511.
